RETURNS, CANCEL & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Return & Exchange Window
We offer 3 days of hassle-free returns and exchanges from the date of delivery. Returned products must reach us within 7 days after the return request is raised.
We also offer reverse pickup services at no additional cost, subject to service availability in your area and pin code.
If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, the customer will need to self-ship the parcel to our return address.
2. Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping
If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to courier the product(s) to our company address.
Please make sure:
- The item is packed securely to avoid damage in transit
- The Order ID and registered mobile number are clearly mentioned on the package
- The product is unused
- All original tags are attached
- Original packaging is intact
Once we receive and verify the returned product, the refund will be processed:
- Prepaid orders: refund to your bank account
- COD orders: coupon code of equal value
For self-shipped returns, INR 100 will be added in lieu of courier charges.
Important:
Please do not use The Professional Couriers for self-returns, as such packages may not be accepted at the warehouse. We recommend using Speed Post, as it is more reliable and widely serviceable across India.
3. Refund Policy
Prepaid Orders
Refunds / bank transfers are applicable only for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website.
Please allow 15–20 days for the refund amount to reflect in your bank account after the returned product is received and approved.
COD Orders
Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) are not eligible for cash refunds. Instead, a coupon code worth the same as your order value will be issued within 5 working days from the day of return pickup.
The coupon code will be sent to your registered email address or contact number and will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within the allowed return/exchange window.
Please note:
- Exchanges are final
- Once an exchanged product has been delivered, no further exchange or refund will be applicable for that order
- We only offer size exchange (no product/style exchange allowed)
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
6. Important Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All tags and original packaging must be intact
If the returned product is found in poor condition or appears to have been worn, refund/exchange may be declined.
7. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items purchased using store credit
- Products bought during Buy 1 Get 1 Free or similar promotional offers with free items
- Sale items purchased at a discounted percentage
- Custom orders from Errabelly / Fytted Fashions
- Hygiene-sensitive products, including but not limited to:
- Masks
- Boxers
- Briefs
- Trunks
- Perfumes
Errabelly reserves the right to modify the list of restricted categories at its discretion without prior notice.
8. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- In case of RTO (Return to Origin), any partial shipping payment made will be non-refundable
9. Missing, Wrong or Damaged Products
In case you receive:
- a missing item
- a wrong product
- a damaged product
You must share an unboxing video clearly showing the parcel being opened. This is mandatory for verification and faster resolution.
If you receive an SMS or email showing the order as delivered but have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours.
If you feel the product does not meet expected standards at the time of delivery, please email us within 1 day of receiving the product with complete details and supporting proof.
10. Refund Processing Timeline
Once the returned product is received, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund, if applicable.
We aim to process refunds as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the date of confirmation.
11. Terms & Conditions
- Bank account details shared by the customer will be treated as final
- Errabelly will not be responsible for any refund delays or failures caused by incorrect bank details provided by the customer
- Customers are expected to take reasonable care of the products while they are in their possession and while returning them
- All instructions, documents, tags, wrappings, and original packaging must be preserved and returned along with the product
