Store Credit Policy

At Errabelly, we value your trust and strive to ensure an exceptional shopping experience to the right customers. Our store credit policy is designed to offer you flexibility and keeping the fake orders and used products in mind when shopping with us.

Eligibility for Store Credit

  1. Returns & Exchanges:

    • Store credit is issued for eligible returns made within 14 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
    • Items purchased with store credit are not eligible for return or exchange.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, we’ll gladly issue store credit or replace the item at no additional cost. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Store Credit Details

  1. Issuance:

    • Store credit is provided in the form of a digital coupon or code, sent to your registered email address.
    • The value will reflect the original purchase price minus any applicable shipping fees.
  2. Usage:

    • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
    • It can be used on any product listed on our website.
    • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for shipping fees.
  3. Limitations:

    • Store credit cannot be combined with promotional codes during checkout.
    • It is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the account associated with the original purchase.

  3. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your store credit code.
